The DOT Enterprise Service Center is an OMB Financial Center of Excellence. The Center hosts and performs operations for all agencies within the Department, as well as cross-servicing a number of small agencies outside the purview of the DOT.

Advanced Programs Group's skilled resources provide both hands-on and advisory support to multiple agencies for the Department of Transportation's Oracle Delphi System.
