APG provides services to the US Federal Government which requires that our consultants have US citizenship either by birth      or naturalization, applicants for this position must be able to meet this criterion.
 Candidates selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for security       clearance at all levels.
 Although APG has many projects in the DC area you may be required to travel up to 75% for projects outside the DC area.
 Candidates must have seven years plus industry experience in managing implementations and/or maintenance contracts       supporting Oracle ERP applications.
 Candidate should have experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle: project scope and planning,       requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery. PMP certification is highly desired.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, including CEO/CIO.
 Ability to manage and lead small to large teams in implementing and supporting Oracle projects with the goal of creating      reference able clients for APG.
 Ability to make decisions and communicate issues and solutions.

 Developing a rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships with employees and partners.
 Developing a project scope and project plans and deliverable documentation throughout the project.
 Actively participate in all phases of the system development life cycle, to include:
            AIM or other software development documentation and processes
            Gathering software requirements and interviewing users
            Developing solution designs and prototypes
            Conducting and coordinating User Testing
            Creating and conducting User Training
            Deployment planning and support
            Post production support
 Assisting clients in streamlining/reengineering business practices to implement various Oracle modules, which include      integrating the Oracle Applications with existing client systems.
 Conducting status reviews with the client and the implementation team.
 Creating and delivering regularly scheduled status reports and project plan updates.
 Developing business for APG that expands the client foot print.
 Managing all APG and/or subcontractor staff's to include managing schedules, progress and issues.
 Identifying, documenting and managing project risks.
 Help client in escalating and working with Oracle Support on any TARS.
 Informing APG upper management of progress, new business opportunities, and/or issues.
 Financial management to ensure time is reported accurately, invoices are correct and the project is profitable.
 In some cases project managers will be responsible for responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and setting up and       maintaining APG contracts with client and subcontractors.

Varied security clearances are needed based on the project ranging from none to National Agency Check, Secret and Top Secret/SCI.

Bachelor's degrees from an accredited college in a related discipline, or Equivalent work experience of Five Years plus experience related to the position responsibilities.
