Trusted with the confidence of MSC, Advanced Programs Group ensures improvement and availability of the Agency’s critical back-office systems including: the MSC Financial Management System (MSC-FMS), the Budget Preparation System (BPS), the Financial Data Mart (FDM), and the Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
